dr_mandelDr. David R. Mandel

Dr. David R. Mandel is a board certified Rheumatologist in private practice for over 35 years. With two office locations, in Mayfield Village and Chardon, Ohio. Dr. Mandel provides Rheumatology care to patients throughout Northeast Ohio as well as from the Toledo area and Pennsylvania.

Dr. Mandel received his fellowship in Rheumatology from the Department of Rheumatologic and Immunologic Diseases of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1982 and immediately began his own practice.

Some of his honors are, founding fellow of the American College of Rheumatology, American Medical Association-Physician’s Recognition Award,and recognized as one of Cleveland’s outstanding Rheumatologists by the Cleveland Magazine. He also received the Outstanding Physician Award from Merck & Co. 1998,

Dr. Mandel is the author of several articles and publications such as;

He has participated in more than 150 clinical research trials in all areas of arthritis and osteoporosis.
